Singulator and Instant Coffe Bottle Pusher

This was my first project for an industrial customer during my tenure as a Mechanical Designer & Project Lead at CG Automatización. The challenge was to upgrade machinery for the instant coffee bottling process of a well-known brand. As part of a major plant renovation, the company retained key equipment such as bottling and labeling machines, but several critical components needed redesign and replacement. These included the main bottle indexer, a bottle pusher, a cleaning tray, and all conveyor belts.

This project was an intense learning experience for me. I had immense support and trust from my colleagues, which was crucial at such an early stage in my career. I was responsible for designing several machines, supervising their fabrication and installation, and, driven by my curiosity and passion for engineering, I personally machined several components using CNC equipment.
